Thank you in Greek is "Ευχαριστώ" (efharisto). It is a word worth knowing, Greeks love to hear it and warm up when you use it.

How do you say hello in Greek?

Hello in Greek is "Γεια σας" (yassas) for a polite or plural greeting, and "Γεια σου" (yassou) to one person. In the morning you say "Καλημέρα" (kalimera) and in the evening "Καλησπέρα" (kalispera).
